Pathetic service

On 30/04/2025 we visited the Pavilion shopping Centre John Dory's. We arrived around 20:00. We were greeted and seated at a table and the restaurant was quiet. About 10mins later our waiter came and attended to us, we ordered drinks, to my very surprise no wine available, not by glass or bottle, nonetheless I ordered something else to drink, by now my partnered received his drink, with no mix NOW we order starters . After 20min my drink came, flat coke, still no coke for my partner. So I order a can of coke, nope no cans only soda stream (this in rum) okay it's fine bring it. All this about 30min later no starters as yet, eventually it came , my partners Squid came, my starter 1x California rolls bowl and 1x prawn avalanche no where to be seen. My partner finished his cold starter while I waited, didn't want to send back as we are waiting so long already. Now 21:30 I call the waiter again, asking about my starter and if it's not prepared plz cancel and bring us the bill Could see he was shaken as the table next to us also complained he rep**** okay let me ask my manger. 15min later my sushi came, I asked for the bill again as it will most likely take forever to come aswell, needless to say, bill came 5min later. So we are sitting there feeling they wanted to get rid of us .. So we had to wait once again to pay, we left over 2 hours later with no main to eat and 1 drink. Ended up going to McDonald's drive through for supper .. and all of this on half price sushi and a quiet restaurant.
