Pathetic in all aspects

So my BF and I went to John Dory’s 30 th of March 2018 at about 18:45 as we arrived we were seated and asked the waiter if he would be our waiter and he said unfortunately this is his area but he is sharing it with a waitress which then assisted us and we ordered our food and waited a while when receiving our food after our drinks arrived earlier a guy as we were eating started spraying peace full sleep just behind us intoxicating us with the fumes as we were eating .Then top that up the waitress that was helping us shouted at her go worker to say that she has already helped all the clients and he should not interfere .... after ages of waiting and our waitress walking past us a few times and not even taking our dirty plates we tried to get someone’s attention and nothing happened after 10 min of waiting we had our waitress taking the dirty dishes we took this up with the waitress and she called the Manager and she said that the fish should be clean if bones but it was not the case and we complained about the calamari top up and it was said it gets weighed and that is how it is pathetic... this was serious but looked in a way we weren’t taken seriously and the chips was cold to top that up ... We were given a night out by my dad to enjoy the Easter weekend and this really ruined the whole evening for us we are seriously horrified regarding this and we would not recommend anyone to go to John Dory’s because of this bad service and quality .. if I did not have to put a Star to write this I wouldn’t terrible is an understatement.
