pathetic customer service

Terrible customer service at John Dorys Liberty midland mall. Thulani unprofessional and no sense of urgency in dealing with complaints. Ndo took my order down. Requested the following Muscle bowl double hake and chips Lemon water Iced coffee.

She brought the muscle bowl for the child. No cutlery or servettes was given as it is always given first. I had to go and ask for it from Thulani the manager. Also no serviettes were given to wipe hands from the sauce in the muscle bowl. Even requested for finger bowl for the child, this was not given as well.

I did not receive lemon water and the Iced coffee. I spoke to Thulani whos said he is going to check my order at the time I requested for the cutlery. He was busy with other clients instead of checking on me. I decided to leave as I did not even get the drinks.

When I went to pay by Mbali she did not ask for my John Dorys card and the printer was faulty to print my receipt.

Pathetic customer service from Thulani as a manager. No sense of urgency from waitress Ndo who took order and did not bother to check on the table.
