Not happy at all

I am beyond disgusted in your attempt to assist me with your staff member *****ing my bank card and not even wanting to assist me in this matter.

The utter ******* I have been told and pls see attached screen shot of the manager on duty telling me.

The total of R1850 was taken from my account. As your staff member swop my card and giving me an invalid card which does not belong to me.

I am beyond livid at the point of your staff are ************* and ******* you hire in your stupid establish John Dory Gateway.

I want my money within 24 hours
