No Service

Went to the restuarant to have supper, was given the menu's and nothing after that. My father in law on his way put to smoke told one of the waitresses that we were waiting to order and pointed out the table but she did not bother to serve us. A couple came after us and had already received their drinks. <br> <br> After 15 minutes I found the manager and.explained that we had not been served and pointed out the table, he advised that he would send someone immediately. Another 5 minutes went by and I went back him and asked if we were going to get service or did we have to go to another restaurant. He did not acknowledge me or respond. he kept on speaking to the waitresses who were completely ignoring him. We then left and went to another restaurant, no one tried to stop us or apologise not even the manager. The waitron staff attitude was pathetic but worse was the manager who couldn't control his staff or know how to deal with clients. The most difficult part was explaining to my 4 year old why we couldn't eat there as no one wanted to serve us.<br> <br> We used to go quite often to John Dory's Ballito but never ever again, I have never been exposed to such pathethic service.
