more than 2 months since i was promised someone would contact me... stillwaiting... *****!!!<br> useless *********** *****!!! i wont go away!!! sort out your ****!!!

Thank you for your feedback. I'm confused as to why you say that you did not receive any feedback or contact from anyone. The store tried several times to get hold of you, to the point where Clinton sent you an email to the email address you provided, advising you that the store was trying to make contact with you and also requested a convenient time to call you, we are yet to receive a response to that email.
Werner Van Wyk (area manager) eventually got hold of you and requested proof of your doctors bills, you could not provide him with the necessary. We Believe that you were eventually offered a R200 JD voucher as well as a R200 Panarottis voucher. Yet you verbally abused Werner in store in front of other customers. You were never contacted after this again and the case was closed. I have requested that this case be reopened since you are still not happy with feedback that has already been provided to you.
Your feedback will be escalated to the owner of this branch who will contact you as soon as he can.
