Managers Image at restaurant

On Sunday, 29 November 2015, we visited John Dorys at the Jean Village. We were meeted by one of the managers. I respect that people have different beliefs and different backgrounds. The manager's image put me off immediately. He has very long 'rasta' style hair which stretches just under his ribs. For me as a regular customer this is unnaceptable. I told my husband that I am not prepared to have lunch there and we left the shop. I feel that this manager can at least cover his hair. His hair looks dirty and for a customer this is not a good images.
