Long wait,Bad Service

My wife and I entered John Dorys at aproximately 15:50,ordered sushi which arrived quickly,Load shedding affected the restaurant at about 16:00,understandably we decided to be patient for our main course which was ordered at about 16:15, however we only received this at 17:45. It was not only the long wait which was upsetting but the fact that there were a noticeable amount of customers after us that got served and that despite complaints to the manager there was no feedback regarding why this happened. This was by far the worst experience I've had at John Dorys and spoilt what should have been a good Valentines lunch. Your service was deplorable and I definetely wont be returning!
