Kingklip -aka- Barbel, shark, who knows?

ordered a kingklip and instead some unidentifiable fish arrived. Was most certainly not kingklip, it was about 3mm thick and didn't taste like kingklip or any other fish for that matter. When I complained I was told by the manager that was what was on the box!? I have eaten kingklip numerous times so I know the texture, taste etc. of it. the fish they gave me was horrible, it was fatty and gristly, must have been shark or something. Don't charge kingklip prices when you are going to give me some ******* that you found in a bin somewhere. Very disappointed in this
