John Dorys worse service and attitude from waiter and manageress

Don't go to John Dorys in East Rand Mall. Service is terrible. Waiter took our for 5 people and did not place our order with the kitchen staff. People came after us were already eat their food while we were still sitting and having our juices waiting. When called the waiter he had a Don't care attitude and said there's nothing he can do, as it's not his place to question the kitchen staff, we asked him to find out why so long for the order. Finally called the manager and her attitude was worse than the waiter, only when she was called after an hour and 20 minutes she says she will ask the kitchen staff to prepare the order, that's how we knew it was not put through. Imagine after an whole 1 hour 20 minutes sitting and waiting for another hour for the waiter to prepare your meal. Manager lady didn't seem to be bothered and just said there's nothing she can do but ask them to prepare at the time of complaint. I was irritated and asked for the bill which took them another 15 minutes to do just for 5 drinks. Paid for the juices and left. Went to Pedro's ad my kids were starving by this stage and withing 10 minutes my order arrived at the table, freshly made and piping hot. John Dorys East Rand Mall worse service ever.
