John Dory's Riverside Mall

So don't know which is worse John dory's or Mr Delivery, desided to order calamari / prawn combo with rice for myself and some calamari tubes for the kido, through Mr Delivery on Sunday night, got here.... Was ice cold and instead of rice got chips.... Chips galore, first of all cold chips is a no no and ice cold sea food is even a bigger problem, hubby phoned John Dory's not to complain about the cold food but about the rice, the gentleman who answered the phone was so rude and kept referring to my husband as "my bro" "my tjomma".... My husband then asked to speak to the manager and he was transferred to a lady, my husband explained to her we where clear on the delivery order about the rice, and the gentleman he spoke to who has no customer service, she didn't care at all and brushed it off with a few sorry's, the best was she said we must go to the restaurant and fetch the rice, it is there! and that was it. John Dory's Riverside Mall you are the worst restaurant we ever dealt with your customer service is non existing and your food sucked, your food taste like your business.... Cold, and leaved a bitter taste in your mouth, I couldn't even eat the prawns coz it still had the **** vains in, we will never order or eat your food again.
