John Dory's Lost a Customer over 70ml Tartar sauce

I ordered double hake and calamari and received 1 X tartar sauce. I asked the waiter to bring me one more and she said I would be charged R15 extra. If I ordered just one hake and chips I would have received the same amount of tartar sauce, according to her. So how do you expect a customer to have enough tarter sauce for 2 X hakes plus calamari? Now you have lost a customer over 70ml (if so much) tartar sauce. You will probably ask me what outlet it was, who the waiter was and if I complained to the manager.
