Visited John Dorys yesterday afternoon [ junction mall - Ballito ] After being seated and giving in the food order , about 15 -20 minutes later another waiter comes to the table to take the order again because we apparently spoke to an intern and the order was not put through . Needless to mention we were disappointed with the service , woke up and left I don't want to make a " big thing " of this misunderstanding but the question must still be asked , where is the training / where is the attention to detail in a FRANCHISED outlet . PLEASE CATCH A WAKE UP . YES " wake up and smell the coffee "
