John Dory's Cradlestone Mall. Horrible service

John Dory's Cradlestone mall. I visited John Dorys in Cradlestone mall, this past Sunday 14 February 2021, with my wife and had such a terrible experience. We got there and the table we sat at, was dirty. We requested to have it cleaned... it was but with a bleach kind of swab and the smell wasnt too great before a meal. Then ordered our starter and main. We recieved our started first and the plate was dirty. We then had to wait 1 hour for our main, which was ridiculous. I had to keep asking the waiter what's the hold up and how long it's going to be and each time was told 2 minutes. We got our food and it was just horrible. If it weren't for being hungry at that moment. We honestly would have left and went to Ocean basket- where we would be guaranteed a delicious meal served on time and with clean utensils. Please dont bother going to John Dorys at Cradlestone Mall for a date.
