Horrible customer complaint resolution and service!

Visited the restaurant in Greenstone shopping Centre for Mums birthday. The food was awful. Upon asking the manager if we could opt for something else he said that because the food was tasted he couldn't change it. The bill was paid and we left. Reached out to John Dorys on Facebook only to never be contacted again.
