Gritty Sandy mesld

I visited the Springs Mall branch, I ordered hake and calamari and extra serving of calamari. I had to add salt to the dish, and each bite if calamari i chewed on grit and/or sand particles. I was hungry so i ate but then realised the entire serving in my plate had grit and /or sand. I went to the extra serving if calamari, and found tge same. I called the waitress, she was apologetic, and called a manager, who also apologised and offered to give me another serving, but because i had eaten the fish and veggies, certainly couldnt eat more.

I would expect that at least a discount on the meal or voucher could have bedn offered.

The service was good and pleasant but i didnt go to buy service i went to buy food.
