Glass in food

I stated eating the rice and realized that something is not right and thought that I had somehow broken my tooth that was extremely sharp. I quickly spat my food out into a napkin and found that there was broken glassing my food. I was so shocked, scared, frustrated, annoyed and angry. <br> I immediately called Alan and explained and showed him my shocking discovery. He was surprised and apologized again. Before taking my food away I managed to take a picture of it in Alan's presence. <br> I did vent at Alan and demanded an explanation as to how this could have happened, he went to the kitchen manager and came back with the response that nothing in the kitchen had broken which then ****ed me off even more, I can deal with the fact that someone could have mistakenly broken something and takes ownership what I can't deal with is them telling me that they don't know where it came from. <br> If I had ingested glass it would catastrophic but what pushed me over the edge was that it could have been either of my children or anyone else for that matter. I asked Alan for his details and that of the waiter he has provided me with that and requested my details in return.
