Food poisoning

We recently visited John Dory's Fish the Glen Mall on the 22 June 2024 late afternoon with my partner and a friend. We bought Platter for 1 and 5. Upon our arrival at home we indulged on the meals since the cravings were rife. Unfortunately the very same night we all had food poisoning which was so bad to a point that we were sick literally. It is so disappointing as we never thought that will actually happen from such a huge establishment like John Dory's. This caused major stomach cramps which lead to diarrhea and vomiting. My partner and i missed work due to this for 2days. Can someone urgently look into this as this was a total service failure. The experience made us to decide never to visit any establishment that has to do with John Dory's not to mention the value of ZAR1003.00 which was a total waste. Sadly we had an option to go to Ocean Basket just right next door.
