Extremely BAD SERVICE
<p>We when for the wife's birthday to John Dory's Cradlestone, what a disastrous evening when we came there just before 5 the evening of the 19th December we were promptly seated by a blond poppie she slammed some menus on the table then the wait started we waited for 20min or more not a hint of a waiter come to us to collect order while this poppie was flapping like a headless bat between 5 or 6 tables without even a blink into our direction or even an attempt to approach us the rest of the waiter were floating around clearly not interested in helping. We stood up and walked out and saw a crowd of waiter standing at window and looked out on the parking lot. I think the management of the Cradlestone needs to know and come realize to pack up and close down actually if you read all the reviews of JD on hellopeter it is better for the franchise to realize JD is a flop and an unsuccessful business as it seems poor service is part of the training</p>
I must complement Pieter the owner of JD Cradlestone, he called me back and apologized for the service at his establishment and it seems he made work of it to get rid of the staff that was the root cause of all his complaints. He invited us back in the new year which allows him time to do some more house cleaning.
