Complaint taken seriously and investigated and issue dealt with with such professionalism and understanding . Patrick the operations manager for the group contacted me and kept me in the loop as to investigating my complaint . What an asset to his group . Justin the manager of the branch took it seriously and treated me with respect and care . My issue was resloved quickly and with absolute professionalism . What an amazing team . The issue resulted from a sequence of unfortunate incidents . Not normal service from this fine branch . Guys thank you , you showed me why your branch is our firm favourite family hangout .
