John Dory’s N1 City has been our favourite spot for years, and Ricardo and his team are a big part of why. As the saying goes, “As the leader goes, so goes the team,” and you can see the strong, positive culture he has built. Their service is consistently outstanding.

A few nights ago, we celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary there. We mentioned it to Ricardo, and he once again went the extra mile. When I asked our waiter for the bill, she said she’d be back shortly — and when she returned, they surprised us with a peppermint tart and ice cream. My wife and I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture.

Excellent service, warm hospitality, and a team that truly cares. Thank you, Ricardo and team, for making our special night even more memorable.
