Disappointed yet again with John Dorys Malvern

Queensburgh John Dory's definitely need a manager on duty to perform management duties rather than be cashier. Patrons waiting at door without being acknowledged or wait listed for next available table. Regrettably my last visit. Tried calling owner on cell to no avail.
