Disappointed

<p>On 13 January we decided to visit John Dory's at Jean Crossing for the first time. We ordered a seafood platter for two. Found a hair on the fish which management willingly replaced. The platter was supposed to have 14 prawns, we received 12. They were overcooked. No hand towels or baskets to discard shells was provided - until requested. The experience was definitely not worth the price of the meal. Hopefully this is not the norm for the franchise but we won't test it again. The food, service and ambience wasn't worth the price.</p>
