Cold food and average service

I'm disappointed that we went for the 50% sushi night last night only to find that all the options covered in tempura and the spring rolls to be cold and as if it was laying for hours. We ordered the spring rolls and C C Bomb and both were cold and not enjoyable. Our food arrived but we had nothing to eat it with. No wasabi no chop sticks no soy sauce. We had to wait a while again before that was brought too. We understand that on the sushi night we need to understand there is a wait but how can we be served poor quality food which makes you wonder what took so long to prepare. The spring rolls are tiny and the size of your sushi and portions are getting smaller and smaller. I was in absolute shock to see the prawn nigiri is slightly bigger than a R5 coin. I've been around since your prawn avalanche was 4 pieces not 3 and the proper size as well as the John special which isn't on the menu anymore.

It was disappointing because I've been coming here for years and the standard of service has always been poor but the sushi always the best. Ive been there on normal days when it's quiet where we waited 20 minutes for someone to at least take our drinks order before we walked out due to no service.

I've had the worst experiences at Galleria where we waited 2 hours and my boyfriend was served cold stale fish and chips and Monte where no one in the restaurant had any food on their tables even none sushi patrons. It's really bad as I heard other customers complaining last night about this branch.
