Bad service, useless manager - john dorys mimosa mall bloemfontein

Jihn Dorys Mimosa mall will never ever see us again. Thr service is pathetic to say the least. I have received beter service from street vendors. On the 30th of may my wife myself and our daugther went to have some supper. We order starters and when it arrived it was cold and was sent back. We then placed our order for the mains and when the food arrived my wifes order was never placed, we then spoke to the manager that had a never minded attitude towards us they then proceeded to make the food in the microwave and when we saw this we said no thank you and i ended up sharing my supper with my wife so that she can at least have something to eat. All this was at 20h00 and way before closing time and what makes it worse is the fact that we were the only patrons in the restaurant. The staff was pre occupied with getting done to go home. No customer service and with a manager with an attitude toblead by example. Now i understand why service is so bad. They will never see me again and i will never reccomend john dorys to anyone again.
