Bad service

On Thursday 1 april we decided to go for supper at John dory Suncoast. We were seated around 7.20pm and ordered drinks. 5 minutes later we ordered meals. People that came after us had got their meals within 20 minutes. Around 8.40pm i asked for the manager and the drinks bill. No manager or bill came but lo and behold the food arived. Needless to say the food did not taste good and we paid and departed but no manager was visible. The waiter also only took the drinks order and we saw her again during our query. By the way the place was not even full. Never again to eat at JD. Seems that customers don't matter any longer
