Bad service cold food and no manager

I took my family to retange junction on 31 december 2017. There after we went for supper at john dory's in canal walk. We have been there before a few times and the food was good and so was the service. The manager even passed a few times to make sure that our experiece. This time we did not receive any of that. We waited long for our drinks and even a few products was out of stock. When our food finaly arrived it was cold. My steak and calamari was cold and season less. My steak had no taste. Even my wife and kids meals were cold. No manager walked around and after ordering desert and again one desert was out of stock. We wanted to order another mini dougnuts instead. We were told the oil is already off but there is a caramel cream pie. We took it but i was extremely disgusted with the bad experience.
