bad experience at John Dorys the Glen

Its is phatic knowing that after just a bad experience nothing was done . I lodge a complain in February claim CRM***. I spoke to Ruan the manager at the Glen several times and he kept on saying that I must come meeting to sort this out. Every time I phone the guy to meeting he is either on Holiday o not available. I live in Benoni and cannot driver all the way through neither can I keep on phoning him. The only reason I was there on the 14/02/2021 I had to meet some people. Yours'll got the footages of the incident so please sort this out. Ruan keep on saying that he will give me a few vouchers but that didn't happen.
