Bad client service and Overcooked fish

The fish was overcooked on the second plate. Informed the floor manger that the first plate had well prepared fish and the second plate had overcooked fish, and the manager did not apologise and did not acknowledge or even take a look at the fish. Bad food and most of all bad client service. Won't ever go there again.
