Bad and the ugly

The service levels were just not there. First the waiter informed that they didn't know about the menu that's posted on Facebook. He sent his manager or not sure who the man is over just to also inform us he don't know but they will serve it to us. Then as our meals came starter white wine mussel sauce was watery, beyond watery, Calamari rubbery, prawns over fried, The waiter asked why didn't return food immediately again I will say pressed for time and I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for food with my 5 month old. Then manager came she apologized but was so generic and she could see no easy task with 4 month baby hence the felt like eating out. Then we left and she followed us out informing that her manager will contact me still nothing so I am totally annoyed with whole experience at Somerset Mall John dorys
