Appalling service

Worst ever experience at John Dory Shelly Centre. Drove all the way from Durban got to the store hungry, waited 25minutes for our order only to get uncooked rice. The waitress says that the cook rice once daily yet strangely 5 minutes later shed comes back with another bowl of rice, again uncooked. Manager apologises and says that there's nothing more he can do. 20 minutes later my wife get a third helping of rice, that is now cooked but all the other food is now cold. No offer from management nor the waitress to have the meal reheated. Basically my wife had cold food and I had no food. Disgusted with John Dory's Shelly Centre.
