Absolutely horrif experience!

<p>My fiancee and I recently went for a date lunch at John Dory's Montecasino restaurant and was really looking forward to the afternoon. Too bad that it turned out to be quite an unpleasant experience. </p> <p> </p> <p>The waitress who assisted us was unattentive and I even had to call her back after my fiancee tried to have a conversation with her about a mistake made on the final bill. Not to mention the food that was cold, tasteless (the pumpin still had seeds in, the fish was rubbery and tasteless and the overall experience was completely unprofessional) and the sauce that completely obliterated the rest of the dish that was even remotely palatable. We were not the only table that had a bad experience with the waitress who was unattentive and unprofessional in her demeanor and I am sorry to say but this will be the last that a once respected franchise will see of us. My mother and I had just as bad of an experience at the outlet in Cradlestone Mall and expecting a better standard from Montecasino we received just the same. We expected better and needless to say we are not happy paying near R400 that did not meet our expectations.</p>
