No proper supervision and attention to detail

We were incorrectly advised that the Isomil flooring would work. We then had to spend another R4000 plus to have shutter boards installed, which they did at their cost for the labour, us paying for the items. However, it was again not supervised or examined on completion for neat joins and strips. We had to get another contractor to redo some boards, replace joins for smarter, neater ones. It was a gruelling process.
