John Doore Flooring - unprofessional service

We ordered wooden blinds from them last year which they came to install (10 blinds in total). Paid a full deposit at the time of ordering. Two of the blinds were the wrong size and did not fit. New blind ordered and installed for one of the windows but the other one was taken away. We had to constantly follow up with them to find out what was going on. Eventually the manager of the Glengarry branch (Cape Town) came out and explained that it was not their fault but the factory. When I said I was not happy with the service so far he because extremely angry and rude and then left. Very unprofessional attitude and didn't seem to care about solving the issue. Took more than a month to sort out after I contacted head office and spoke to the CEO. Will never use them again. So many people doing blinds out there, unacceptable for service provider to treat a client like that.
