Bad bad service!

I'll keep it short:<br> Bought a second hand John Deere ride on lawnmower from them. Got delivered without a petrol cap. Pointed it out to the guy who did the delivery and he will go back, sort it out and deliver it to me the next day. This never happened. When I called and asked about it, he never even mentioned it to them as they were unaware.<br> Got delivered with a service much later. Then when the mower had a break down, they came out, without spare parts to come and take a look. They then informed me that they will have to take it in. So they did and promised that I will have it back the next day. Needless to say, I got it back about two weeks later. Second service they came out for, they brought the wrong service kit. They then wanted to take it with them and I did not agree to this because of what happened the previous time. The mower then broke down twice more and I then decided to trade it in on a brand new one. First cut, 2,9 hours on the clock and the brand new one broke down again. Very frustrating. John Deere brand suck and they say that I can not give it back even though it is within seven days since I have bought and paid for it. Will keep you informed of the outcome.
