VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

<p>I went to John Craig in Boulder on Friday 02-09-16 went to pay my fathers account, because he is in Mafikeng and i am in Gauteng the he gave me his id no and a slip that he got from ackermans from his previous payment. Then the Lady in John Craig couldnt help me saying that the is nothing that they can do. Today i phoned John Craig head office as i see today is the seventh and the account needs to be paid today i wanted to make an EFT right now as i will be unable to go back to the store to pay.I spoke to Yaku then she told me that i will have to go back to John Craig where they said there was nothing they can do for me and tell them to do this for me. I just feel that this is so ridiculous and on top of that i will not be able to go to the Store today and they will put arrear on my Dads account. PLEASE HELP ME PETER WITH THIS MATTER!!!!!</p>
