Very poor service in the store and *********** staff members

I went to John Craig store in Soshanguve crossing to return some items bought 2days ago. The reason why I am returning them it's because I do not need them anymore. The store manager in the store took out the money and gave it to the other lady to go and do a banking while I was waiting for a refund. And after some time she told me that she doesn't have cash to refund me and I should go home and come back the next day. I want home very unhappy as I wanted to use that money. The next day I came back without money for transport to go back home with as I was expecting to get my refund but unfortunately the same stories as yesterday. I was told that they don't have cash to refund me. I asked them as to when are they going to get cash but they only told me that they cannot predict when they are going to have cash....and I must just keep on checking them every day. I am very much disappointed in the service I received in John Craig Soshanguve crossing. Even now I have not received my money I will keep on checking them as I was told because they do not care about the money that I am spending on transport everyday.
