still no solution after multiple complaints

You can contact him directly to resolve this on ***.<br> <br> After multiple complaints as well as going into the store a number of times, John Craig can still not tell me why they are billing me for \umlondolozi life\". They haven't refunded my money like I requested, and they were supposed to contact me last week to resolve this and im still waiting for the call. I don't know how many people are dealing with the same problem but it seems like John Craig doesn't care about their customers. You can complain as much as you like and they never come back to you. I recommend to everybody that they should avoid opening an account with John Craig because they only care about getting paid and not about their customers satisfaction. This is a problem that keeps persisting and I hope that John Craig finally manages to sort this out."
