rudeness and arrogance

I walked into the store to fetch my card because I had just opened an account and the lady in charge named Caroline looked at me and asked what I wanted. I explained to her and she took all my documentation and i was walking around in the store she asked me if I have nothing better to do then stand in her shop to which I then walked out. I went back and she asked for my number so I gave her my work number and cell phone number. She later called me on my work phone and rudely told me I better answer my cellphone and i explained that at work I do not have my phone on me and she said that's not her problem and she then cut the call. After work I went back to the store to fetch the card and she said there's nothing she can do for me and I should come another time.<br> <br> I still did not get my card!!
