Rude, Unskilled, Pathetic and Incompent Manager
Stupid over aged Granny Shabangu in john Craig Maponya Mall is unskilled for her job not being a educated is a serious matter. This person judged me before assisting me, She didn't greet and just asked what help do I want and I rep**** that I want to make a payment while taking out john craig store card she tells me about Ackermans payment but she is ****en stering at a john craig card and I said how can I pay ackermans with a john craig card. She continued to be rude and sweared at me , while she saying all this I said she is silly and doesnt know how to treat customers and threatened to beat me up inside the store and I told her to beat me and she didn't. I requested for a manager she said she is the manager and I resquested for a senior manager above her and she again said I will never see the superior. This woman says she is the manager but does not portray the qualities of a civilised leader. This meaty aged person is very *********** and does not value her job.

For you to note we are able to accept the Ackermans, Shoe City and Dunns cards at John Craig for shoppers who to make purchases and pay via those store cards instead - we are able to do the same at the other stores using the John Craig card, this give you more flexibility as a shopper and greater choices.
