Rude and failing to help

I went in this store to exchange a Jean that I did bought in JHB branch,and guess what,i was told by this cashier to go back where I bought the trouser in jhb because at 13h30 she does not have cash while she was excepting cash from other clients.<br> These two cashiers were rude and not willing to assist and I qm disgusted by the treatment I received from the shop,to think I had to use extra cash to go back to joburg and take back the Jean is very time consuming and and a waste of money from my side.and to top it all I told them I will report this incident was told to go ahead like they don't give a damn what the consequences I I this taken up and they dealt with these jerks.
