Refuse to Refund
Good day. John Craig Randfontein RCBN *** I have lay-by goods at the above-mentioned on the 26/12/22.So due to unforseen circumstances I have lost my job recently.I need basically a refund and they refused to do so.Is my right as a customer to my make that decision or tell me what to take.Im jobless that's why I need a refund please help

I have done a lay-by at the above mentioned Shop.So am not a position to pay further as a result I have lost my job.Yesterday I went there to ask for refund and they refused to do that.I am the customer and you can't make decisions behalf of the customer.
I need very simple a refund.
