Refund taking more than 5 days

I went to John graig paledi mall to request for refund of the clothes for my husband because he didn’t like them, and the trouser didn’t even fit him, the shirt they gave it to me without even removing the tag, so I got there they told me they didn’t have cash I will receive a call once they have cash instore, after 2 days I went back to check and they told me same story, I asked the guy for customer service details he said they don’t have customer service, I was very disappointed and the guys was even so rude and unprofessional 😕
