Johncraig stuff

I went at Johncraig Wednesday on 02 September to cancel my laybye and I was told they don't have money to refund me they will call me once they get money. I went back on Friday again same story, I left my details they said they will deposit it on my account number. They took my ID copy and I signed since I was going out of town and I was told over the weekend it will be deposited but it never deposited I'm so disappointed how Johncraig Assistance do operate ***.
