I cant sort out my billing problem

I have contacted customer care, they put me through to 4 different people who all couldn't help me. Eventually I got head offices number. I have been trying to call them the whole morning and nobody answers.<br> <br> I need John Craig to contact me so that I can sort out my billing issue ASAP!
