I am recieving unneccesary charges on my account

Please contact him on ***.<br> <br> Since November last year I have been receiving some charge on my account called \umlondolozi for life\", and I don't know what it is for. I even went into the Alberton branch to complain about it and they sent a fax to the head office regarding this charge and its still not resolved. Please note that I would like all of this money refunded since November as nobody can explain what this charge is for.<br> <br> Please contact me as soon as possible so that we can resolve this matter."
