I am being harassed by Ackermans yet account opened at John Craig!!!

All of a sudden I am being harassed by Ackermans of which I never signed up for an account with. I had an account with John Craig which was paid up, I was only paying for a funeral/retrenchment policy called uLondolozi, which is about R45. With little notification Tenacity which John Craig was under told us that we are now have moved to Ackermans and that they no longer have a relationship with John Craig my account is now with Ackermans. Suddenly Ackermans calls and say I am owing them. Please stop!!! I will report this with the consumer council as it is harassment and I want nothing to do with Ackermans.
