Horrible service with bad attitude

I went to John Graig ( Festival Mall) on Friday the 10th May '19 to purchase few items as usual. The lady on the floor was very rude and don't care. While I was checking clothes on the floor she shouted at me and said" you must be careful not to mess up the clothes" . By that time I was looking for my size. When I got to the counter to pay. The cashier asked me for my ID while I was giving her my card. She had a stinking attitude as if like I was not using account card .

I was then forced to fit the items as if like I do not know my size. Telling me to be fast because they want to close. Please avoid purchasing at John Graig Festivall Mall, those ladies are very rude and they don't care about the customers. Their communication with customers is unprofessional and annoying!!! Their customer service is extremely shocking!!!
