Great Customer Service

<p>I was on the John Craig Site, saw a shoe i liked but they were out of stock, i emailed info@johncraig asking when they would be able to get more stock as i wanted that particular design shoe.</p> <p>I had a prompt reply from a lady called Avril Royeppen, saying she will try to source the shoe and get back to me. Withen the week she emailed me that she had a pair in my size and it was sent to a branch close to me and kept aside for me. This lady was extreamly helpfull and its good to see that some companies still maintain good customer service. </p> <p>Well done guys and keep up the good work!</p>
