I would like to give credit when is due, I have called John Craig/Studio Head Office requiring or ordering of goods that needed to be delivered to my nearest John Craig which is in Alexandra, there is a gentlemen with the name of Jason, he provided me Exceptional Customer Service, he checked the items on their system and with 24 hours my item requested was delivered, He kept on checking me if the receiving store has contacted me, how could i forge Nonkuleko from John Craig in Pan Africa, keep she so soften spoken with respect, its so rear to experience this customer service from retail store, but you guys brought confidence in me that indeed they are still exceptional customer service , well done well done well done keep it up and please continue to raise the flag of Studio 88 and John Craig high.
